You can go to all the tradeshows you want to go to, but if you cannot get people to come to your booth, it's not a success. So the trick is to figure out how to get people to your booth, so they end up checking out your product.
Our "bait" was to pass out warm English muffins, and then we would chat with folks about how butter didn't need to be refrigerated.
Nurture the stomach and easy conversation - that is the key. For me, it was about making connections, not about being a robot salesperson. It was both fun, nutritional, and natural to boot!
