I love my Butterie, but i need to order a spatula. One came with my set and I lost it . Never requested a free on, but I'll be glad to pay for it. I need a red one. Please tell me how to order. Thank you.
Cathy H.
I got the spreader to go with the aqua butter dish. I love them both!
Monica
I bought 3 butteries a while ago. An aqua one for me and a white and a gray for my daughters. They did not come with extra spreaders. The white and aqua spreaders broke. I would like new ones but don’t want to pay the shipping. I would be willing to pay one shipping on all three spreaders.

Much easier to use than the old tupperware and better looking too.
Dale K.
I love my Buttery. I bought one for me and 2 as gifts. 2 red and one blue. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because I was supposed to get an extra spreader with each one and did not receive any extra spreaders. Now you want me to pay 2.95 in S&H for each one! I'd say that is a bait and switch! Not cool!

Never knew I could love a butter dish this much!
It is functional, durable and I will be ordering more as house warming gifts etc.
I like keeping butter out, and this does a great job of keeping it clean and not messy everywhere.
Sandra S.
I bought two of them. One for me & one for a freind. We both LOVE fhem. One of them didn't come w/ the knife. Is there way I can just buy the knife? Thanks ahead
Kathryn K.
It’s very neat to use and easy to clean. Holding two sticks is convenient. I like it!

Love my Butterie
I have had my Butterie for a couple of years. I love it, I hate trying to spread cold butter. I just ordered another one as a gift. I also ordered the extra spreader and the envelope came without the spreader inside (mistakes happen). I contacted them and they took care of the problem immediately. PS, My Butterie has held up very well over the years.

What a deal
You offered a FREE butter spreader, now you state I have to pay for S&H? Shame on you,
Karen Stepeck
Xtra butter spreadera
Come on. If you wanted to give a free butter spreader to your customers, you would have included it with my order. This is just sneakey way of getting a little more money! $20 for a butter dish is plenty.

My butter is stillhard
Hi I bought this dish at bed bath and beyond this weekend I was told my butter would be spreadable also that it fits a pound of butter which it does not, we just wanted our butter not to be hard as it is in the cupboard but we keep our house on the cooler side so butter is hard saw this and thought perfect, but my butter is still hard
Sue
The best!
Never knew i could love a butter dish so much!!
Sandy Cartwright
False advertising
When you say a free butter knife $2.95 is not free

Butteriedish
I bought this butter dish and I love it I love how the cover works overall and the dish the bottom plate holds 2 sticks of butter great for out door barbecue’s..I will definitely be buying more for Christmas gifts this year!!

Priceless
Just everything about the Butterie is awesome.

Extra spreaders
The butter dishes are wonderful. I ordered ten of them! One for butter and one for cream cheese for several of my friends. This site lets you order one extra, when I need one extra of five different colors for them. The Butterie dishes are the best, and the spreaders are also sturdy and useful and perfectly fitted to the dish and to the hand. But I really do need five extra spreaders, and it will not let me enter but one. I would happily pay the extra S&H for each of the others. This was one of everyone's favorite Christmas presents!!

Great butter dish ..... "Free Knife" cheap shot
This is the best butter dish! I have one and I am gonna order another one for myself. In 2019 I ordered 2 more for gifts. 4 stars instead of 5 because you need to do something about the "Free Spreader" for $2.95 S&H. I've been unhappy about that since you started it but said nothing. Put 2 spreaders in a box along with the Butterie dish. You can say your dish comes with 2 knives, the second one free. Offer for sale a spreader for those who need a replacement.

Just a suggestion
Good morning. In the recent past I ordered 7 of your butter dishes for my kids and myself and they were everything I had hoped for except for one thing.
We use a lot of butter so the fact the dish would hold 2 sticks was appealing.
However, when I used the front stick and replaced with a fresh stick, the stick in the back was not getting used as much as the front stick. I believe in the FIFO (first-in/First-out) method.
If the top cover could open from either side, it could be turned around each time a stick is replaced and the oldest stick could be used first.
I no longer use my butterie for this reason and most of my kids only use one stick at a time, which is unfortunate, as the dish will hold 2 sticks nicely.
I hope this message will get to the designer of the Butterie as this one simple tweek to the design could make a huge difference.
Have a good day

Lovin It
I bought two butterie dishes. One for myself and one as a gift. I use mine all the time as well as the person I bought the second one for. We both love them. I will recommend this product and I will probably buy some more as gifts.
Vanessa McCart
Some good some??
The yellow is holding up good. The black shows everything...water spots, scrape marks, washer fade.
However, we do enjoy the protected soft butter.
What???? Nothing free about a small piece of plastic called a knife when you’re charged $3.00 SH. Ridiculous!
Especially when one is placing an order anyway.
Carole
“ FREE” Butter Knufe
I am very disappointed that you say “ free” but it’s not!!! The “free” knife should just be sent as advertised!! FREE! No charge if any kind—you are rather misleading!! Sorry I won’t be ordering any all though it would be nice to have.
BfloMo
not free!
Bought this dish about 6 months ago..spreader broke...bought another one and it included the info about a 'free' spreader'...but sorry...it shoud not have snapped in two and no...I will NOT be paying 3.00 for a free replacement
Ruth Borlie
Not Free
I too are disappointed you have to pay 3.00 to get a free butter spreader. I will opt out.
Rosemary
“Free” spreader!!
Agree that $2.95 shipping on “complimentary” spreader is a little disappointing!!

Great Invention
This neat butter dish is clean and great for my kitchen!
Daphney G Malone
Love it
Great invention but like a lot of other people I'm not happy with something that's supposed to be free you have to pay $2.95 for so in other words it's not free. Pretty expensive for that one little item after I purchased the whole dish.
Riley
$2.95 shipping overcharge
Bought a Butterie & it said I get a free spreader. I ordered mine and paid the $2.95 shipping fee. The only problem, was when it arrived. The envelope clearly says it cost them $0.65 to mail it. But hey, the spreader was free so that’s a plus!
Christine Compton
butter knife
ijust ordered my fourth. One for my sil, Irene Compton> I want it shipped to her nd billed to me! why is this so hard? send the free butterknife with the dish, like i received my other 3 at christmas!
If you can ship and bill correctly ,I will be thrilled.... Please acknowledge!
Sincerely, Christine Compton

Love thus Butter keeper!
This is great! Keeps the butter at room temperature & easy to spread! I'm going to buy another one plus one as a gift! The only problem I have is the price! I found it $6.00 cheaper at a local shop! But the real problem, I feel, is the supposedly "Free" butter spreader! I feel a simple plastic butter spreader is so not worth $2.95 in shipping! It's ridiculous to say the least when it can be sent fir under a dollar! I'm in shipping. I know how it works! This is crazy! I can buy one cheaper than pay this postage! I don't usually complaine about such things but this day & age that kind of money for a plastic butter spreader is an awful lot to ask for postage fir a "free" item! No thanks! I'll use the butter spreaders that I came with my flatware!
Gayle
Free?
Love the dish but turned off completely by the $2.95 FREE gift. Kitchen Concepts is better off just selling the product and stopping at that, unless free is free. Come on!
Penelope Senyak
GREAT PRODUCT, BAD PUBLIC RELATIONS!
Love the dish, hate the cheap shot of paying for a "free" gift.
Marylin
$2.95 is not "Free"
I love the functionality of the butter dish with the attached lid and non-breakable form. However, if you wanted to give me a "free" spreader, why not include it with the original order so it is actually "free". I won't pay money for something advertised as free. Had you included the extra spreader with the original order, I would have given you a 5 star rating. This tactic causes me to feel deceived.

This is the fourth butter dish that I have purchased
Gave two away for Christmas, one for me and another for my travel trailer. Regarding the "free" extra butter knife. I ordered online and paid the $2.95. My mailman arrives and tells me that there's postage due on the envelope. It was sent it in a regular el cheapo envelope with about $.90 postage on it. The reason why there was postage due is because everything is automated and a knife in a small envelope will jam the machines. Shame on you for charging $2.95 and then put on a $.90 postage. Mailman told me to send it back! So I did and you were kind enough to send me two. Please don't do this to me again by packing it correctly.
Pam Shay
Love it!
Absolutely love this butter dish. Such an ingenious idea! I however, as others, think it’s a cheap shot to offer a free knife after we’ve already bought the dish and paid shipping for it and then have to pay extra shipping for the ‘free’ knife. Why not include the free knife in the original box? By the way , I paid $12.95 for mine on thegrommet.com !!
Laurie McKinney
Not a FREE spreader.
It's not right that you offer a FREE spreader then say we have to pay for the shipping. That is false advertising.......Shame on you.
Martha Jacobi
FREE SPREADER?????? NOT!!!
I love the dish but I am so disappointed to find out the FREE Spreader you say is FREE is NOT FREE!! it was going to cost me $2.95 for Shipping and handling that is not FREE it all :(
Sue Williams
Free soreader
So , I am disappointed that you offered me a free soreader to pay the shipping is quite cheap of you !
Love the dish and would love an additional soreader, but it would have been a lovely surprise if you had put it in my order
Brenda Sagal
FREE Spreader???
Loooove the dish, but very disappointed to find out the FREE Spreader was going to cost me $2.95 for shipping. AGREED this is NOT FREE!
Jennifer Novalick
love it!
I love my butterdish. Something so simple has given me sooo much joy. My husband thinks I'm crazy but after years of messy butter dishes, I'm ecstatic!
Marcia
Really like it
About a week after receiving my Butterie, the back broke off. Because my family liked it so much, I bought another. Hope this one lasts longer.
Shirley Illman
Free kniffe
A free knife? I do not think so. Postage was $.68, and the cost of manufacture was probably less than a nickel (from China), Cost of shipping was $2.95. You do the math! Also, if the temperature in your kitchen is cold, as mine is, the butter will be cold. In other words, Butterie does not always keep it soft.
Carolyn
Free???
If a company wants to promote good customer service........free means free........not $2.95. I don’t feel good about a free item that I still have to pay for. Thanks but no thanks. I just got the dish so cannot review it.
Donna
Spreader NOT "Free"
Shouldn't make people think you're getting a "free" spreader
if made to pay s/h charge. And $2.95! It hardly weighs an ounce..
False advertising. Very disappointed.
Darianna
Butterie Dish
Love this butter dish. Keeps the butter fresh.
Michele
Extra spreader
Love this dish, but....the “free extra spreader” COSTS $2.95....would have been nice to have an extra, but not a “free offer” or “gift” as stated.
Nilda melendez
Good dish and elegant
I just bought the butter dish for my daughter she likes it but now we will see the true use of it
I’m sure it will work just fine!
As for the free speader, not free shipping and handling is not considered FREE
Shellie
Great Idea
I was looking for a dish that would keep my butter at room temp to help spread it easier. A traditional dish didn't work.I saw this dish and received it. Love it. It keeps the better fresh and it is easy to clean
Virginia Enzor
FREE spreader
I was pleased to be offered a free spreader but disappointed to see that the FREE spreader would actually cost me $2.95 for S&H! That's not FREE,
