While we truly hope you love your Butterie, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we welcome returns within 30 days of receipt.
Your order number must be provided to receive a refund. Click here to access Butterie's Return Form.
Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees, using the carrier of your choice.

Refund requests begin processing once your item is received and inspected. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days, minus shipping and handling costs.
If your Butterie is broken, defective, or has missing components, Kitchen Concepts Unlimited will replace the item(s) that are covered under the 1-year Limited Warranty. For warranty coverage, contact us at info@kcunlimited.com.
If you place an order via our website, www.butterie.com, and wish to cancel your order, we will gladly issue you a complete refund if your order has not yet been processed and shipped. Most orders are processed within 3 business days.
If you provide an incorrect “Ship To” address on your original order, Kitchen Concepts Unlimited will re-ship your order to the updated address once the original order is returned to our warehouse. However, you will be charged an additional $5.95 for shipping and handling.
